1908 Woodward Avenue, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118

Property Description

This vintage beauty was built in 1926 by Cleveland Heights' first Mayor John Spence as his 32nd degree Mason thesis project & has been lovingly passed down for 3 generations. Now, this gorgeous 6 bed, 3.5 bath historic mini mansion is ready for something new! You will love the unique details, original woods floors, & hand-carved details throughout the home. Put on your rose colored glasses! She needs some love, but is structurally sound & has tremendous potential. Stately columns frame the front entrance which opens into a beautiful foyer. To the left, a grand living room with an ornate fireplace. At the back of the room, wooden French doors open to a lovely library/study with built in shelves and drawers. Beyond the study, you will find a perfect 3-season room & access to the backyard. To the right of the entrance, wooden French doors open to a spacious dining room, the breakfast/morning room with built-in cabinets, the kitchen, & a half bath. The large master has its own ensuite & adjoined room (bedroom, nursery, office, studio) with a balcony. On the other side, 2 more generously sized bedrooms joined by a Jack & Jill bathroom. The finished third floor features 2 more bedrooms & full bath with an antique claw-foot tub. The home was occupied by family, but not well cared for over the last couple of years. A good cleaning & some fresh paint would go a long way. Basement is unfinished & needs to be waterproofed. Buyer to assume POS violations. Warranty Included!!
